All team members undergo comprehensive background checks and references are verified to ensure the highest standards of safety and care. All staff are Garda vetted and reference checked.

Our Nursery is made up of the management team, lead educators, early years educators and auxiliary staff.
Included in this are an inclusion coordinator , circle of security facilitator and a curriculum coordinator.
Our staff also take on additional responsibilities as required – health & safety officer and a first aid officer.

Qualifications:
The staff at Our Nursery are always keeping updated on the most recent training and learning within the early education sector. Throughout each year there are various continued professional development courses completed by all staff. These CPD courses are undertaken to ensure the nursery is kept up to date with best practice and any regulatory changes within the sector.

Students:
Our Nursery is committed to supporting students in early years education. We work in partnership with DCU, Maynooth and TUD and other third level institutes. Throughout the year we have students working with us. Our students are all under supervision by both our team and their academic tutors.
